Cash Medical ("we," "us") is operated by Scout Theory LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, with operations based in Medellín, Colombia. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Contact form / WhatsApp / email: name, email, phone, and the procedure details you choose to share. Submitted only when you initiate contact.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is pseudonymous; we don't use it to identify you.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry with pricing information and, when you request it, to connect you with healthcare providers.
- To improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
Anything you tell us about your health is used only to answer your inquiry and, with your consent, shared with providers you ask to be connected with. We are not a healthcare provider and are not a HIPAA covered entity; treat what you share accordingly and avoid sending records you're not comfortable transmitting by email or WhatsApp.
Sharing
We share your inquiry details with healthcare providers only when you ask to be connected. We use service processors (Google Workspace/Apps Script for forms, Google Analytics, Meta's WhatsApp) that handle data under their own terms.
Retention & your rights
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing andy@colombiamedical.co. Colombian users: we process personal data consistent with Colombia's Habeas Data regime (Law 1581 of 2012); the same email serves as the channel for data-subject requests.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies for measurement. Your browser's settings and Google's opt-out tools let you block them; the site works fine without them.
